I need an EA that should first determine the range and draw the Fibonacci levels. Next it should wait until the market price reaches Fibonacci level 50 before it starts placing any pending orders. After reaching level 50, it will place buy stops on all the Fibonacci levels above level 50, and place sell stops on all the Fibonacci levels below level 50. Next, if a sell stop is triggered, it will immediately place a buy stop on the previous level it just moved from . And if a buy stop is triggered, it will immediately place a sell stop on the previous level it just moved from. It will keep placing multiple pending orders until a break out occurs
