Seeking a skilled Python developer for developing a machine learning self-optimizing trading robot for MetaTrader 4, compatible with the MQL5 market. The trading robot should leverage machine learning to analyze previous dummy trades, open trades only with a win rate over 90%, and optimize itself as needed.

The project involves ensuring compatibility with MQL5 market requirements, passing the compiler without errors, and testing and fine-tuning the robot for optimal performance. The trading robot should provide good backtest results using the every tick model in the MetaTrader 4 backtester.

The trading robot will be based on scalping entries in the M5 time frame, potentially using a combination of indicators such as Bollinger Bands with RSI, MA with RSI, or a mix of indicators from well-known strategies.
