Tarea técnica

I need an expert advisor that will accurately trade the relative strength index (RSI) cross overs at levels 70 and 30.
A developer with competence in coding and indepth trading experience is required for this job.
The parameters for the coding are clearly stated out in the attached file for guideline. Platform is MT5.
Also, other desirable parameters to improve the efficiency of the EA are welcome.
