Simple EA for MT5

I want a developer to build a simple EA based on MACD and Simple moving average.

Condition for buy order

1. When the black MACD crosses the blue-black MA and comes below the MA, a buy order should be placed. The buy order should also be placed when the ocean-blue MACD registers another line ( candlestick) on the blue-black MA after the crossing occurs.

BUY= Blue-Black MA       *    1 candlestick registers after the crossing occurs

Condition for sell order

1. When the black MACD crosses the blue-black MA and is above the MA, a sell order should be placed when the ocean blue MACD registers another line ( candlestick)after the crossing occurs.

NB:- In this sense, once the ocean-blue MACD registers a line on the blue-black MA after the crossing occurs; if a BUY order is placed, the SELL order should be closed the same time the BUY order is placed and vice-versa.

SELL=  Black MACD        *    1 candlestick registers after the crossing occurs

The are 2 images attached, in the first image, after a candlestick registers after the crossing, close BUY order and open SELL order at the same time and vice-versa.

In the second image note that the black line did not cross the blue-black line so it was still a SELL at that point until it crossed at 2 and a candlestick formed after the crossing. At 2 is when the BUY should be opened.

Please note that the EA must work on all timeframes. The EA must work on all instruments. The stoploss option should be there but we will decide to put it on or not and at what points or pips.
