Tarea técnica

I need an expert advisor that will work in the strategy tester for optimization and perform live trades when ready. I will need to be able to change the inputs on everything. 

It's simple rules. For ex USD/CAD at the New York session Open time. Enter buy if price is higher at close of 5 minute candle. Enter sell if price is lower at close of 5 minute candle. 

Stop loss is based on ATR multiplier

Take profit is multiplier of Stop loss. 

And position size is percentage of balance. 

I would like everything discussed to be an interactive input so that I can change the strategy and optimize using the tester.
