An expert Advisor for Mt5 and Mt4

I want a simple EA that open Trade in long or short with below rules and settings

Settings of EA: 

1) First trade to start : Long or short

2) Take profit pips: example 5000 

3) Stop loss in pips: example 5000

4) Lot to start: input in number

5) Max Losing trades continues: input in number like 5, 0 to disable 

6) Daily risk in Percentage: calculate risk amount from Equity % : example 5% so if my equity is 100K then my daily risk is 5000 USD  or 0 to disable

7 Trading start time: 00:00 is default

8. Trading end time: 23:59 is default
