Tarea técnica

Hello all,

I am looking for a programmer who can program an indicator for me according to given specifications, which will be discussed below.
It will be about several indicators to form one and then let this give signals at certain events or situations.
Optimally, the whole thing would be connected with a small dashboard to click. 
More about this with application.

The indicator after you would have put it together then has 3 possible situations in which signals should be spit out

In the end i would need the source code too, so it should be provided as the work finishes.
