1 Entry and 2 Exit indicators robot request

[This EA is for MT4]

I have 2 MT4 indicators that I use together to determine entry/exit points. They both provide long/short signals.

(the first indicator is .mq4, and the second is .ex4)

(I would like the source code when the EA is completed)

- this is the third time trying to find a developer:

First developer I hadn't provided full details (as below) so our expectations were vastly different, on second - the developer said it will be done in one day and had gone missing after deadline... - neither had even started the progress on the orders so they were all gone before the order had any progress.

Hopefully, third time is the charm.

I use:

- Entry: 1 indicator

- Exit: 2 identical indicators with slightly different parameter values

I would like to request an EA that automates trading using these two indicators

Most present parameters of the indicators should be in the EA including colors, arrow shapes, etc.

Below are the details of the EA features that I'd like to have:

- A custom lot size setting with my formula (it's basic)

- Trade time range setting (no weekends, not between 10pm - 6am etc.)

- EA notification must specify the 'reason' why the trade was entered (eg. "long signal on the entry indicator", "exit indicator #1's signal", etc)

- Open/Close notifications (phone,message,sound,email) from EA but none from the indicators

- Being able to choose between using:

> Just one indicator as entry/exit

> 1 entry and 1 exit

> 1 entry and 2 exit indicators - a signal from either of the two exit indis will mean order close

- An option [enable/disable] enter trade if the new entry signal matches the last exit signal (will be explained in chat)

- An option [enable/disable] enter trade if the previous entry signal was ignored for above reason, but the new exit signal matches the entry signal (will be explained in chat)

- An option [enable/disable] also use entry indicator's opposite signal for exiting 

- An option [enable/disable] hedging (open different type of order on same currency)

- An option [enable/disable] enter trade even if a same long/short order on the same currency is already opened

- An option [enable/disable] on above condition, an option to close previous order

- An option [enable/disable] open one more order upon reaching TP

- An option [enable/disable] end trading after current order closes

- An option [count] how many candles to wait for after receiving entry/exit signal (to prevent repainting)

- An option [count] maximum number of open orders

- An option [count] set SL/TP by points
