Add arrows to an indicator

Hello there. I want to add arrows to an existing indicator. The indicator is an order block indicator. It draws a line for buy and sell.

1. I want the indicator to create an arrow when the price goes past the line.

2. The arrow must have a color buffer because it will be used in an indicator EA that reads buffer signals.

3. There must be an arrow for every candle that goes past the line. (I don't want one arrow the first time it crosses. I want an arrow for every candle that goes past the line).
