EA that will open 2 pending order stop

I need an EA that will open 2 pending order stop or limit.

  1.      I want to have possibility open 1 pending order sell and 1 pending order buy (I can set pips distance).

2.      then if price hit only one pending order and hit 10 pips (but I can change) close second pending order.

3.      When close 1 position wait and open again 2 pending order when start new candle (I can change time frame).

4.      so you can have 1 sell and 2 buy position or 2 sell and 1 buy position opened

5.      now example if you have 1 sell and 2 buy position, for sell, same before, close if price go down 10 point, if price go up close with average of 2 buy open position

6.      if the price movement is great than 20 points (but I can change) and there are not operation within 1h (but I can change) open again 1 pending sell and 1 pending buy........so you can have multiple open position buy and sell

7.      set trailing stop for only one position and the average position (I want input only trailingStep, trailing stop start when hit target price)
