Create a copytrading platform web-based

I'm looking to create a copytrading platform, where my customers will be able to copy trades from my personal trading account.

The system works like this : I'm myself using copytrading to have trades copied on my personal account, then I want my customers to copy my personal account.

I need a very good communication with the developer.

BACKOFFICE "Copy system"

- Add/remove unlimited MT4/MT5 accounts as MASTERS
- Add/remove my personal trading account as SLAVE
- Choose custom name for each MT4/MT5 accounts added
- All trades from selectionned MASTERS are automatically copied into my personal trading account
- I can choose for each masters a multiplier of risk (x1 x2 x3 x4 /1 /2 /3 /4 etc)
- VERY IMPORTANT : each master need to have an equal allocation based on 100%, for example if there is 6 MASTERS selectionned, then each has an allocation of 16% of the total capital of my personnal account, and for example if I choose 3 masters, then each has an allocation of 33% etc.

BACKOFFICE "Monitoring"

- See details stats IN REAL TIME for each MASTERS accounts : today/yesterday/this week/last week/this month/last month/this year/last year/total/custom date P&L for each accounts (in $ and in %) + current capital
- See details stats IN REAL TIME for my personal account : today/yesterday/this week/last week/this month/last month/this year/last year/total/custom date P&L for each accounts (in $ and in %) + current capital

BACKOFFICE "Managing users"

- Add/remove users
- List of users with date joining and if paid member or not
- For each user page, see MT4/MT5 accounts (with account number + broker + current capital) added by users
- For each user page, see details stats IN REAL TIME from MT4/MT5 accounts users : today/yesterday/this week/last week/this month/last month/this year/last year/total/custom date P&L for each accounts (in $ and in %) + current capital


FRONT END (website platform)

- Some pages like "how it works" "about" "contact" "REGISTER"
- User can create an account
- In his dashboard, the user can add his MT4/MT5 account, then he can connect (ON/OFF) it to my personal account (to do this he needs to pay a monthly subscription)
- In his dashboard, he user can see details stats IN REAL TIME for his MT4/MT5 account added : today/yesterday/this week/last week/this month/last month/this year/last year/total/custom date P&L (in $ and in %) + current capital
- When ON, all the trades from my personal account are automatically copied to the MT4/MT5 user account
- The user can only turn ON if he paid the monthly subscription


Important :

- EVERYTHING need to be WEB-BASED, no EA etc.
- Need Ultra-low latency like 1-3 ms between accounts
- All the website need to be clean, well designed and very easy to modify
- Need to works will all brokers
- Need to works MT4 to MT5 or MT5 to MT5, same with demo and live accounts
- Positive P&L (in $ and in %) should be green, and negative red
- All the platform (backoffice, front end) need to be very secured
