RSI self-management of profit

hi developers, I need someone who can make an EA based on signals from an RSI indicator, which uses an operational trailing stop and has portfolio management. in addition to the back-end part, I would need to have a window where I can set some variables (mainly percentages on the amount to invest or regarding the maximum value of a negative operation that will generate a logical function to understand whether to operate or stay still) , in addition to these I will also need a button to enable or disable a function. all the various details will be disclosed to those who are interested.
