Indicator Based on Heiken Ashi Candle

HI Developers,

I need an indicator that  generates Buy and sell signals and buffers them separately , so I can use it in my own EA which places the orders based on the indicator signals.( the EA reads signals from buy and sell  buffers).

The indicator is based on Heiken Ashi candle sticks.

Buy signal when:

1- Heiken ashi candle turns to green  AND  the lower wick is shorter than the body by x% AND the upper wick is shorter than the body by x%. (if the first green candle doesn't meet the criteria, the indicator looks at the next green candle  looking for the criteria and keeps doing that up to xx candles from the first green one or the candle changes to red).

Sell signal when:

2- Heiken ashi candle turns to red  AND  the lower wick is shorter than the body by x% AND the upper wick is shorter than the body by x%. (if the first red candle doesn't meet the criteria, the indicator looks at the next red candle  looking for the criteria and keeps doing that up to xx candles from the first red one or the candle changes to green).

Filters: (Filters shall be optional to be enabled or disabled)

A)   Filter the signals by:  1- RSI ( example: if the  RSI  is greater than 50 0nly long)     2- EMA ( example: is price is above 20 EMA only long)   3- ADX  ( example: is DI+ is above DI- only long)

B)   If the signal candle body is longer than the previous candle by x%

That's it.

Attention please:

I won't accept the hand over until the Indicator works exactly as described flawlessly.
