Trading hi/low for certain period of time...

hi.

 i want to get an expert that trade on hi and lows of certain period of day" sell hi of it and buy low".

variations will be:

1- time of day: x hrs-y hrs " expert will trade hi and/or low of this period."

2- buy only 

3- sell only.

4- size." starting from micro lot till std lot"

5- SL"PIPS"

6. TP "PIPS" 

7-number of open trades.

if i let expert working, it will open hi and/or  low  positions every day" it will repeat these positions every day, although entry prices will be varied according every period hi and low.

finally, i want it as mq4 files .
