Script for execution of breakout strategy

Hello,

I need someone to develop for me a script that only execute an order to buy or to sell when the first breakout (above or below) of the candle (at a specified time in the day) happens. The lot size should be based on a % of the free equity and the range of the last candle (High minus Low). It would be better for the SL to be set also through the script too. The script should also have a indication of the amount of pips that should be crossed in order to execute the order (for example 2 pips above the last candle high in case of long order or 1 pip below the last candle low for a short order.
