WebRequest Indicator-Librarie (InternetConnectW?)

I need a library (mqh) that I can integrate into my indicators in MT4 and MT5.

I would like to use this to make a WebRequest (unfortunately it doesn't go directly into indicators).

I already have a PHP API for license management.

With POST id=123&broker=abc...

I get a 1 or 0 in return.

1 = license valid

0 = license invalid

I would give you the url and parameters.

I then want to have a function like checkLicense() with int as return.
