Tarea técnica

I need to improve my existing MT5 indicator. Two improvements are necessary: 

1. Add MA Filter:  The existing buy/sell signals should be filtered. With the MA filter, for example only buy signals above MA should be considered & only sell signals below MA. 

2. Now the indicator send many emails per new buy/sell signal; the current code does not work well. I need only one email per signal to be sent. (Probably the counter function in the code must be adjusted)
