Time zone/period cycle indicator for MT5

I need an experienced developer to work on my idea to create the above indicator based on Fibonacci ratios.

The indicator will use the look-back function to identify the point of interest in the data and draw sets of vertical lines on the chart as potential period cycles/time zones. Once the target/point of interest is identified, the sets of lines are duplicated throughout the chart max to the left and right sides of the chart.
