Help needed configuring a trade copier and integrating cross platform

I (am attempting to) follow a trade service but have stalled in getting the configuration correct on an MT4 platform.  Their customer service is negligible and at this point I'm spending more time than necessary configuring it.  We copy through FX Blue but the trades just don't get received (no heartbeat detected).  Also:

I want to copy that to other MT4 & MT5 platforms I have to experiment with different leverages and trade proportions.  

Assuming we could use Teamviewer & Skype to navigate that would be great.
