Robo Compra / Venda após Primeiro Candle 15m com Martingale (Operar em Paridade de Moedas)

Preciso de um robo que faça a seguinte função:

Após o fechamento do primeiro candle de 15M, o mesmo posicione uma COMPRA na máxima do candle OU uma VENDA na mínima do candle.

O TakeProfit da operação deverá ser o tamanho do primeiro candle de 15M do dia.

O StopLoss e que tambem será a reversão da operação deverá ser na MAXIMA da primeira VELA em caso de Venda e MINIMA da primeira VELA em caso de COMPRA.

Será necessário Martingale até que tenhamos uma operação satisfatória no dia.

Robo para operar em QUALQUER paridade de moeda no Forex.

De preferência em MQL5, porem se tambem conseguir realizar em MQL4 podemos dobrar o valor do negócio.
