Tarea técnica

The indicator I want to use is similar to a moving average but it’s more dynamic. So I want to hire someone who can create an EA from that indicator so that It can take automatic buy and sell orders as it changes colours. Should be able to have an input for Take profit, stop loss and number of trades to be taken per signal. The EA should be able to close all trades when an opposite signal Appears, then open new orders in the direction of the new signal. Further more, the developer should include an Moving Average Filter which will then mean that when the price is above the moving average the EA only opens buy orders and closes all orders when a sell signal appears. And, opens sell only orders when the price is below the Moving Average, and closes all active orders when a buy signal appears.
