Webrequest - MT4 to BinanceFutures

1) In a MT4 EA when the EA places pending orders, use Webrequest to place Pending Stop Limit orders with SL/TP in Binance Futures.

2) Whenever the order is deleted in MT4, use Webrequest to delete Pending Stop Limit orders in Binance Futures.

Note: Attached EA with just 100 lines of code. Test using Binance testnet to give working demo. Need the source code.
