Tarea técnica

I need an indicator to keep and eye on the market for engulfing patterns.

Important: I'm not interested in an EA to do this!

Here is what it need to do:
1. Get a list of all instruments there's on your broker
2. Scan for engulfing patterns and give an alert where the engulfing candle's body is 2 times bigger than the engulfed candle on 
3. Input: list all timeframes, true/false setting for what the timeframe it should scan for.
4. Give me an alert when it happens (When the engulfing candle close)


Important: I want the source code when done!
