Equity monitoring indicator in MT4

I am looking for an MT4 indicator that plots the highest and lowest equity that my account encountered, for whatever timeframe I am in. it should draw two lines..green and red. Green at the top and red at the bottom. For every tick, if the current equity value is higher it should push the green line higher. If the equity is lower, then it should push the red line lower. At the end of the candle, we will have one high green point and one low red point. We just have to join these up. It’s like joining the lows and highs of the price candle, but in this case, we are doing equity instead of the price.

I understand we can't draw this in the chart itself. so, we need to create a sub-window below - like you would have for RSI.

I need it very urgently. Whoever can do it in the nest 2-3 hours will get the job. It is a small job. My budget is fixed at $30.
