Migrate a TradingView Indicator to MQL5

Attached is a Tradingview indicator called "Divergence for Many Indicators v4". I would like to get it converted to MQL5.

Search tradingview for source code and interface. The link can be found in row 3 of attached file.

The effects and settings after migration should be as similar as the original version as possible. 

Language of interface/comments of source code must be english. 

The MQL5 source-code and copyright will be transferred to me after acceptance and payment.

The name of the function should be meaningful. Programming style should be rigorous and unified.
