Tarea técnica

Im looking for someone who is able modify alerts especially push notifications for when the ssl flip directions. the alert is for when a candle a still open as the direction has changed and not after it is closed. i also want a feature added to select which candle the alert is for. so basically i dont want any alerts except for a certain candle after the ssl flips directions. i will elaborate more and also provide photos to all candidates also i will attach the file at that time.
