Programing MT5 EA Indicator

I have MT4 code that needs to be converted to work in MT5.

Need to also add extra features to the indicator. 

Prerequisites of the indicator must be:

1. Resilient to future MT5 builds

2. Copy of source code is highly desired.    

3. Must not effect its operation when used on multiple charts on any given profile. 

4. All the timeframes in MT5 must be accurate by (2 sec error) the indicator can auto adjust please refer to the attached .ex4 file in this post. 

5.  Even equal spacing on text when font size increased (User can enter value for equal spacing) 

6.  Color  d rop down from the indicator rather than text.

7.   Closing time based on bar. Needs to be (100%) tested on all timeframes on MT5. IE: 1Min, 2min, 4 min, 5 min ……….. month.  Closing time based on bar is very important (Real Time is based on remaining time of current close of bar in any given timeframe) 

8.  The text box window has true/ false. If it’s false it uses the x, y spacing. If true it uses the users mouse drag on chart to anywhere on screen. The (text box) is set to    False default setting will be on x, y spacing. 

(We call this feature on the indicator Free Move)
