Looking to buy an EA for commercial use

Need an EA that I can use it for commercial use + for my own trading. It must be flexible and have a function to update itself according to market conditions every x amount of time. I'd like to include the use of artifical intelligence / neural networking. It must show outstanding results over the past 4-10 years at least. It must produce long term trades (weeks to month)  and short term trades. Time frame used for the short term has to be high enough where I can generate a decent amount of pips after accounting for spread + slippage. It must also be able to generate enough pips where I can send signals to customers and wouldnt be a problem if they entered 5 pips away from price. Programming can be either MQl4 or MQL5  depending on which could be used to the fullest 

I'd be more interested if it were built around the use of Heiken Ashi, but if better performance can be obtained from different indicators let me know
