Create a New Indicator from my existing Indicator

Good Day, I want someone to modify and create New indicator based om my existing blackdiamond indicator.

The black diamond indication will be added to the chat  3 times,

The First blackdiamond indicator input should be set to 600 and the trend line colour is red indicate 'sell', and line green indicate 'buy'. the size of the trend line is 3

The Third  blackdiamond indicator input should be set to 150 and the trend line colour is red indicate 'sell', and line green indicate 'buy'. the size of the trend line is 1.

Buy Alert:

1. There is a buy alert if Third Blackdiamond ( green) cross Over  second blackdiamond (green)
2. There is a buy alert if Second Blackdiamond ( green) cross Over  First blackdiamond (green)

Sell Alert

1. There is a Sell alert if Third Blackdiamond ( Red) cross below  second blackdiamond (Red)
2. There is a Sell alert if Second Blackdiamond ( green) cross below  First blackdiamond (Red)

Take note that the cross point is the alert point. However, there should be option where the cross of same colour occurs 1-7 candle after also should alert. so make provision for setting to 1 to 7 candle apart. I should be able to turn this option on or off. let me know if you don't understand this.

That I will receive the full Mql4 source file and EX4 file.

1. The Alert should have email notifications  and sound alert

2. The indicator candle bar should have option where I can set how many candle that should appear on chat so as not to slow down the chat. The default should be 230 candle.

3. The alert should indicate the price level at the point of alert crossing.

Add More function that will help the indicator operate well. Will explain more detail later.

The image of job sample has been attached and the  Blackdiamond indicator will be attached later who ever is interesting doing the job.
