Tarea técnica

I want a programme that can send alerts on Push notification when Certain parameters are met by two bolinger bands (BB)


Conditions to be met for the alert

  1. Lower band of the fast BB crosses the lower band of the slow moving BB at the same time when the  Middle band of the fast SMA crosses the Middle  band of the slow moving SMA from Below.
  2. Upper band of the fast BB crosses the Upper band of the slow moving BB at the same time when the  Middle band of the fast SMA crosses the Middle  band of the slow moving BB from Above.
  3. To be customizable in a way that one can alter the values of the bolinger bands.
  4. Monitor and send notifications for all set symbols (say 10 different symbols) and all Timeframes .
  5. should work with all indices.

1&2 above do not have to occur at the same time, meaning each should only be tied to the other conditions but not to one another.
