Bug fix - Risk Management - Run a script when account balance goes to x amount

i have an existing expert that someone made for me, 

but its not working properly, so i want it to be fixed  and modified

below is the original work that i have requested first

I am trying to build a EA where it tracks my 

Max Daily Loss

Daily Profit Target

Daily Positions Count Limit

Open Positions Count Limit

Daily Profits Count Limit

Daily Losses Count Limit

based on my account balance 

and when it exceeds the predefined statements above 

automatically runs a script that i have written

modification requirements 

----------
1. when the requirements are fulfilled, the exe file should be triggered 

2. the exe file should be triggered only once a day, based on the computer time

3. please change the max risk from $ to % of balance 

4. the max risk in dollar amount should be counted with all the winners and losers combined ( right now it only counts losers, and winners dont add to balance)
