Tarea técnica

i need a programmer to help me to write a function to check the existing time and range of each waves. I am new in programming so pls keep it as simple as you could. Here are the criteria:


must be function, i will use it for one of my criteria of strategy in future.
“Waves” here, i use Parabolic to define, but in future, i may use different indicator such as EMA crossing, so the wave definition need to be easy to replaced by myself in future 
count each wave range (H-L).
count each wave candles
get each wave starting signal price (signal candle Close)
return to global variables one by one for further calculation such as:

int wave1_no_candle = 0;
int wave2_no_candle = 0;
int wave3_no_candle = 0;
int wave4_no_candle = 0;
int wave5_no_candle = 0;

float wave1_signal_close = 0
float wave2_signal_close = 0;
float wave3_signal_close = 0;
float wave4_signal_close = 0;
float wave5_signal_close = 0;

float range_wave2_1 = 0;
float range_wave3_2 = 0;
float range_wave4_3 = 0;
float range_wave5_4 = 0;

Finally , i hope you can code some way for me to easier checking your code, for example, if i can put put your code to a 1m chart and run, and there is a messagebox/alert can show me the code is running and keep updating the results , then i can pay you sooner, and both of us win-win
