Tarea técnica

I need an indicator that plots dots below and above a candle at a certain time. meaning if I want to "highlight" a bar at 8am (this should be customizable) a dot should appear below and above this candle (see picture). On more dots on the chart the colours should differ.

Space from the candle to dot should also be customizable.

the customization of times should look like the second picture (up to 6 dots).

If it is not too much work it should be possible to switch on a horizontal line from the highlighted candle (high/low)
