Tarea técnica

 I need open range breakout, 

parameter is 1. start time 2. end time  3. buffer percentage 4. tgt percentage 

please mark open range high and low, so range  =  open range high - low,  

buy = openrange high + (range * bufferpercentage)

sell = openrange low - (range * bufferpercentage)

buy tgt is openrange high + tgt percentage,

sell tgt is openrange low - tgt percentage , 

i need line with price  following criteria, 

openrange high line, openrange low line , buffer line, tgt line,   All line need back testable.

CUSTOM TONE ALERT, 

Open range high or low cross alert and buffer line cross alert, a
