Hedging EA with TP and SL

Tarea técnica

Can freelancer create a trading robot that open a position (say, sell) then open pending position on the opposite direction (buy) when the first position is going up 15 pips. When the second position triggered, then open pending position on the opposite direction (sell) when the second position is going down 15 pips. The process continues until the trade hit TP. Take note that all open and pending positions must close simultaneously one the trade hit TP. Please help me out on this.
