EA based on provided indicator ( with source code)

i need a programmer who can develop a EA based on a indicator that i provide ( source code is availible).

the ea should have following functions:

- Ordermanagement (open orders by % of account ballance or by fixed lot)

- lot multiplier (martingale)
- martingale steps / distance
- max lot / max trades

- settings of the indicator that can be changed in the EA 

- SL by pips / SL off (by value 0)
- TP by 3 different methodes (explained later in privat chat)

- trailing start/step/stop

- breakeven

- mode to disable new trades at a certain amount of DD
