Automatic Trendline Indicator

Hello,

I am interested in having an indicator built that automatically creates trendlines (TL).  The TL will not be in the chart window, rather they will be in the separate window for the Standard Deviation indicator.  The indicator should have the full range of options to adjust, like the period, the method, shift, etc.

The rules for drawing the TL will be different than normal.  On Standard Dev, I need the highs to begin with a horizontal trendline as a starting point to set the first bar. 

Should the next Standard Dev high stay below the bar, then this horizontal trendline should move to the next high to establish the new trendline.

When the Standard Deviation crosses above the trendline, and arrow should be shown in the chart window (I'd like the option to have a vertical line shown in the Standard Dev window).

The indicator should also have push notifications to alert me of the Standard Dev cross.

Details on whether a BUY or SELL signal should be sent will be provided to the selected editor. 

Lastly, I would like to have in the parameters an numerical entry that the user can add for the number of TL that will remain to be displayed.  If the user enters "2", then the current TL and the previous on will be seen.  If it is "8" then the current TL, and the previous 7 TLs will be displayed.  Note: the vertical lines in the Standard Dev window showing where previous signals are located should remain.
