Writing of an Expert Advisor using multiple indicators and timeframes based on MQL5 Strategy Modules

I need an Expert Advisor that uses different indicators on different timeframes. 

The Expert Advisor should serve as a starting point for future developments, therefore the development should be based on the MQL Strategy Modules (https://www.mql5.com/en/docs/standardlibrary/expertclasses). Source code is required.

The trading idea is based on trend following and is fully described here: https://www.babypips.com/trading/cowabunga-system. 

The time frame for the main trend and parameters for the indicators should be parameterized. 

Deviating from the specification, no price levels should be used for the exit, but a moving average cross in the opposite direction of the the entry.

Trading signals (symbol, date, direction, entry price, exit price) should be exported to a text file in CSV format. 

Delivered should be:

Source code for the Expert, based on CExpert
Signal(s) for the trading method, derived from CExpertSignal
Stop Loss by Trailing Swing High/Low, derived from CExpertTrailing
Money Management based on CMoneyFixedMargin

The source code should be sufficiently documented in English and come without errors and warnings. If 3rd party libraries are used the source code as well as documentation has to be provided.
