I need a RSI Scanner with Filter for Multi time and Multi currency

A scanner of RSI with filter with option to select multi time frame and multiple currency to scan every X number of seconds per currency timeframe and alerting when below criteria are meet

Buy 

1) RSI crosses above value level 2

2) filter: Stochastic  main above signal and below value level

     and / or

   filter:  Previous RSI Filter had crossed value above level 1 


Sell

1) RSI crosses Below value level 2

2) filter:  Stochastic  main Below signal and below value level

     and / or

   filter: Previous RSI had crossed value Below level 1 


Sent alert on/off with tone option, via onscreen, email and/or push,
