Need a copy EA

Hello!

I need an EA that takes the information that is sent by the master terminar and make the trades. The trades should be opened taking into consideration the slave's account balance, meaning:

1. If account balance from the slave is different, then the volume of the position should be adjusted accordingly. For example, if the master has 6000 USD and the clients account has 3000USD, if the master's position is 2 stocks, the slave should open a position only with 1 stock.

2. Round up volume. As stocks can be only purchased in whole numbers and not fractions, there has to be a function that rounds up the conversion, so the slaves are able to buy the correct amont of stocks.

The EA must also increase positions of the slaves if the volume is increased by the master and change the stops if the stops of the master are changed.

I need a panel of each slave to show me the calculations that are being made for opening each position. 

I need the EA to work in netting and hedging accounts.

I need the EA to work in general in the terminal. Meaning I dont want to have to open each chart and attaching the EA eah time I am going to make a trade. I want the EA to be attached onle in one chart and that will copy all the trades of the other charts.

I need visual panels that show me if the EA is activated (both for master and slave). I also need a button that allows me to pause the transmition of information of the master and the reception of the slave.

I will be adding over 4000 symbols to the watch list so it must support that.

I need to be able to have 100+ slaves working at the same time so that when the master makes the trades, the 100+ slaves do it as well.

In the panel must be shown an slogan which says COPY EA.

If there is any kind of error in a slave I need the master panel to show it, identifying the salve account number and owner.
