Tarea técnica

Need a simple indicator that tells me if price is above or below an EMA after each candle close with a red and green arrow. Arrow should only change if the price is on one side then closes on the other side of the ema. in settings arrow should have x and y axis to move it around and be able to change size, and there should be a setting to select the ema. Also it should automatically change arrow if time frame is changed based on if the new time frame price is above/below on that time frame
