High low ea and indicator in one

Hi I need an ea that can identify specific highs and lows. I'll attach photo that specifies  what I want! the ea must at all times have 4 values of highs and lows and must also indicate them in the chart for me with dots or line or arrows or something!

THEN the ea must work as follows, if the price crosses above the first high it must open an new Buy order (only 1 order per high low crossing. you cant set max orders because if the market goes opposite direction and crosses the low it must open an sell order and as market goes down it must scale in with new orders) all with fixed stop loss then if the market continues upwards in my favor it must move the take profit to the current low if the all previous orders is in profit after the take profit  is moved it must open a new order in the same direction with fixed stop loss and if the market still continues in my favor the same thing till the market takes me out in the opposite direction.

the same thing applies to sell orders if the market moves downwards!

A new high/low is only confirmed when previous high/low is broken!! so the ea must only open orders and move take profit when new high or lows is confirmed (#previous highs and lows was broken) see example in photos.

ea must work on any time frame(# current time frame) and there must be an

option true or false to throw the ea on one chart and it must be trade all forex pairs at once. I don't want to put ea on each forex pair independently.

add magic number if I must put forex pair on each chart independently.

also calculate risk to % to stop loss per account balance, so if I set stop loss it must take stop loss and risk the % specified according to the stop loss,

so if i say risk 1% it must at no time risk more than 1% of my capital
