Code which automatically opens a position

 Code which automatically opens a position for a certain price, is that possible?

If yes, how much will it cost?

Who can help me?

P.S. It would be great when automatically a position will be openend when the volatility/changeability in X seconds will be Y % of the price (or X points). Is that possible?

So I don't mean a  limit order.

P.S. 2: I mean this:

Price of f.e. Google is 1220.

I can choose: if within 2 seconds the price will change X % or points, then position will be opened.

For example:

- if price rises within 2 seconds > 1% , so above > 1232, then Bye size lot for actual price.

- if price falls  within 2 seconds > 1% , so under < 1207, then Sell size lot for actual price.

After f.e. again 2 seconds this can happen:

- if price rises within 2 seconds > 1% , so above > 1244, then Bye size lot for actual price.

- if price falls  within 2 seconds > 1% , so under < 1194, then Sell size lot for actual price.

So every second (or even more) the program is comparing the actual price with the price 2-3 seconds ago.
