ESTRATEGIA 2: SI EL PRECIO ESTA POR ENCIMA DE LA EMA, SE ABRIRAN OPERACIONES DE COMPRA EN EL NIVEL 50 DEL RSI, SIENDO EL TP EL NIVEL 70
