Tarea técnica

I have a working strategy and want an EA. It should draw a Fibonacci on the recently high to low or low to high, depending on if it is a bearish trend or a bullish. And it should enter a trade then on a specific fibo level. This entry should be variable, let's say I want to enter in a bullish market, I want it to enter on the retracement 61.8 fibo level and set my SL at the 78.6 level(variable) or be a SL by pips(variable) and my TP should be at the 127(variable) level and it should risk always only 1% of the capital. And can be used on different timeframes also on different forex pairs.
