Tarea técnica

So i would like a market scanner that  that will notify me when an arrow appears on its time frame. I will be able to switch to that pair and time frame by clicking on that signal given by the scanner. I want the time frame to light up green if the arrow is a buy and light up red if the arrow is a sell.


i have an rsi scanner that goes off when price hits the inputed levels i have set. if it would be easier to add the arrow to this scanner I can provide it for you. I do not have the mq4 file though. Please let me know. if you have any questions feel free to contact me. I have attached the arrow indicator below
