Tarea técnica

I would like to develop a MQL5 indicator. 

It is quite simple as if a tick fulfills these requirements, a notification message (SMS/email) is sent to me.

The requirements:

1) Hit the upper line of Bollinger bands AND is over the 80 level of Stochastic Oscillator

OR

2) Hit the lower line of Bollinger bands AND is below the 20 level of Stochastic Oscillator


Remark:

The Stochastic Oscillator setting:

%K period: 240

%D period: 3

Slowing 3


Bollinger Bands:

Period: 24

Shift: 0

Deviations: 2
