Class Trading Signal Generator based on pivots - mql5 class developer with experience needed

Hi,

I need e developer  with experience that create :

1 - a new Trading signal class that generate long/short signal based on easy models (pivot)

2 - the EA that initialize/run this  class

some Specifications

input parameter tframe 

input parameter delta

Pivots are calcualted with a easy formula based on  H L C of previous bar of the tframe

If S(0) is the current pivot with  S(-1)  i mean pivot of the previous bar in tframe

Pivot name from s1 ... s5 r1...r5

The model for the class would be like this example:

On new bar in tframe :

  range=R3(0)-S3(0)

if C(-1) >R4(-1) and range>delta

Case no open trade

 ->buy limit at S3(0) -profit  R3(0)- stoploss S4(0)

Case  long opened

if R4(0)>R4(-1)

 move stoploss on S5(0)

if C(-1)<S4(-1) and range>delta

Case no opened trade

 ->sell limit at R3(0) -profit  S3(0)- stoploss R4(0)

Case  short opened

    if S4(0)<S4(-1)

    move stoploss on R5(0)
