Indicator for metatrader 5: recognizes a particular graphic pattern, generates the signal and sends it on telegram

indicator name: "Trading Alert"

the programmer will have to create an indicator for metatrader 5. the indicator will have to recognize a particular type of graphic pattern which will be shown below with 2 photographs to make exactly clear what I mean. when the indicator recognizes the indicated graphic pattern, it will emit a signal on the metatrader 5 with an arrow on the graph, and at the same time it must send a text message on a private dedicated telegram channel (the program must create the channel and match it to the indicator). the indicator must generate 2 types of signals: buy and call.

BUY signal: (photo attached with "buy signal") 1) candles are below the 21 period moving average (blue line). after a candle that closes in red (negative) the new candle opens in "gap down" leaving a gap between the closing of the previous candle (red) and its opening. when this happens, the indicator must generate a buy signal, print a green arrow pointing up on the chart and send a text message (no screenshot of the chart, only written text) on the dedicated private telegram channel paired with the indicator, specifying the type of asset selected and the wording BUY (for example Eur / Usd 5min: BUY). the type of asset will be automatically read on the selected chart, while the expiry corresponds to the timeframe selected on the chart (if the metatrader chart is set at 5 minutes, the expiry will automatically be 5 minutes)

SELL signal: (photo attached with "sell signal") 1) candles are above the 21-period moving average (blue line). after a candle that closes green (positive) the new candle opens in "gap up" leaving a gap between the closing of the previous candle (green) and its opening. when this happens, the indicator must generate a buy signal, print a red arrow pointing down on the chart and send a text message (no screenshot of the chart, only written text) on the dedicated private telegram channel paired with the indicator, specifying the type of asset selected and the wording SELL (example GOLD 30min: SELL) the type of asset will be automatically read on the selected chart, while the expiry corresponds to the timeframe selected on the chart (if the metatrader chart is set at 5 minutes, the expiry will automatically be 5 minutes)

when the indicator has been realized, it is MANDATORY that the source file of the same is sent to me.

telegram messages must be sent in a private channel, NOT IN A GROUP. I necessarily want a private channel
