Dear freelance, write a mini BUY or SELL signal program for me.

Below are key features of the BUY or SELL signal for mt4.

1.  Immediately user drags the program into a chart of any currency pair let the program scan or check the trend direction if it is declining or rising upto 3500 point and           above. 

1a. then if yes, that the declining trend has traveled 3500 point and above, indicate a SELL signal automatically at the chart area. 

2b. then if yes, that the rising trend has traveled 3500 point and above, indicate a BUY signal automatically at the chart area.

3c. please, allow user to adjust the default settings of signal parameter 3500. Max is 10000 point. 

3d. the 3500 point will not be stationary. 

4e. the 3500 point will be unstationary. 

5f. meaning that the 3500 point will keep moving either increasing or decreasing based on the trend or random movements of the market directions.  

6g. immediately a declining trend turns opposite and the trend rising gets upto 3500 point and above, signal a BUY trend automatically at the chart area.

7h. immediately a rising trend turns opposite and the trend declining gets upto 3500 point and above, signal a SELL trend automatically at the chart area .

8i. the program will keep on auto-updating itself at all time to ensure that it follows the trend Direction points.

9j. the declining trend should be white font while Red be the background color. (See diagram 1)

10k. the rising trend should be white font while green be the background color. (See diagram 2)
